| Concept: The cross is silver upper and lower with a wood center (wood from the cross of Christ). The Center orb houses blood from Christ. This one took over a week from start to finish. I did all the modeling. The Cross was done with terrains (you can see a reduced version of the greyscale image of the top layer of the cross below). The scrolls, rope and monocle were done in Rhino. The Render was near 25 hours at 1000x750. The lighting is with sun disabled, 5 radials, 2 with shadows. Turned out pretty well imo. !***The old frayed cloth and the scroll are both available on my OBJECTS page for download. The Scroll is for B5 only. The cloth will work in 4 or 5. |
